1. Purpose of the Platform

SpediMarket is an online platform for publishing transport tenders and connecting shippers and carriers. The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not a direct party to the contracts users conclude with each other. All transport, delivery and payment agreements are concluded directly between users.

2. Registration and user account

To use certain features (publishing a tender, submitting offers, accessing certain modules), registration of a user account may be required.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and keep your login credentials confidential.

Each user is responsible for all activities performed through their account. If you suspect misuse, you must notify us without delay.

3. User conduct

You agree not to:

• publish offensive, illegal, threatening, discriminatory or false content;
• publish information that violates third-party rights (copyright, trademark/brand, personal data, etc.);
• attempt to compromise the security, stability or operation of the Platform;
• use automated tools/bots to unnecessarily burden the system;
• bypass technical/security measures or attempt unauthorized access.

SpediMarket may restrict or terminate access for users who violate these rules, including deleting the account and/or content, without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform and other users.

4. Intellectual property and ownership

SpediMarket is a private project in development. The design, logo, texts, structural data and software components on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, modifying, replicating or commercial use is not allowed without prior written consent.

Content posted by users (tender descriptions, company data, message information, etc.) remains their responsibility. By posting content, the user grants a limited, non-exclusive license to display and use that content within SpediMarket, to the extent necessary to provide and promote the Platform services.

5. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that all information (especially user-posted content) is accurate, complete or current.

SpediMarket, as an information society service provider, is not obliged to monitor stored/transmitted data or investigate circumstances indicating illegal user activity.

SpediMarket is not liable for:

• content posted by users;
• damages, losses or costs arising from use or inability to use the Platform;
• disputes, contracts or obligations between users;
• failed agreements, delays, cancellations and unpaid obligations between users.

Any transport/payment agreement is concluded directly between users, at their own risk. The Platform does not guarantee service quality, performance or timely payment between users.

6. External links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content, privacy policies or practices and are not responsible for them. Using external links is at your own risk.

7. Updates, commercialization and transfer

These Terms may be amended in the future. The updated version will always be available on this page with a “last updated” date.

SpediMarket reserves the right to introduce payments (subscriptions/packages/commissions), make functional changes, and transfer or reorganize the project under a legal entity. Continuing to use the Platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.

8. Jurisdiction

For any disputes related to using the Platform, the competent court is in North Macedonia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
