This Privacy Policy explains how the SpediMarket platform (“we”, “us”, “the Platform”) processes and protects users’ personal data when using the website and its functionalities.
By accessing and using SpediMarket, you confirm that you are familiar with and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The platform currently does not perform commercial activity and does not charge for services. If a legal entity or data protection officer is appointed in the future, their contact details will be clearly published.
2. Types of data we process
- First and last name;
- Company name and tax number, if entered voluntarily;
- Contact details (email, phone);
- Login information (username, hashed password);
- Data related to posts, tenders, offers and communication between users;
- Technical data (IP address, logs, device/browser type, cookies).
- Verification documents (for example, transport license) submitted voluntarily only for administrative profile verification.
Important: Only an authorized person has access to submitted documents and they are not used for commercial or other purposes.
3. Legal bases for processing
- User relationship within testing - processing necessary for creating and using a user profile, publishing and viewing content and functionality, exclusively without financial compensation.
- Legal obligation - when required by applicable laws.
- Legitimate interest - system security, prevention of misuse and improvement of functionality, without violating users' rights.
- Consent - when the user gives it voluntarily, with the right to withdraw it at any time.

These Terms of Use regulate the rules for accessing and using SpediMarket – a private software project in test phase.
1. Purpose of the platform
SpediMarket is a technical platform for publishing information and communication between shippers and carriers. The platform does not act as an intermediary, does not participate in negotiations, contracts, payments or transport execution.
All contracts, prices, deliveries and payments are established exclusively directly between users, at their own responsibility.
2. Registration and user profile
Registration enables access to test functionality. The user must enter accurate data and keep their access information secure.
3. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" (AS IS), without guarantees for business realization, conclusion of contracts or payment.
SpediMarket is not liable for disputes, damages, losses or obligations arising from relationships between users.
4. Future changes and commercialization
SpediMarket reserves the right to introduce charges in the future, register a legal entity or commercialize the platform. All such changes will be clearly announced in advance.
5. Jurisdiction
For all disputes, the competent court is in the Republic of North Macedonia.
